Community Power. Not Partisan.
LA Power For The People is a statewide Political Action Committee built to organize diverse community stakeholders, hold government accountable, and make sure no community voice gets left behind.
Accountability for every community, not just the loudest room.
LA Power For The People organizes diverse community stakeholders to hold government accountable, ensure public funding serves its intended purpose, and guarantee that no community voice gets left behind. We are the first accountability PAC of its kind in Louisiana in over 20 years.
This isn't small business lobbying. It's community power, transparency, and inclusion — built by and for the people who are usually left out of the decision.
20+ years since Louisiana's last accountability PAC.
Government spending decisions have gone unchallenged for a generation. Communities have been told to wait their turn. We're done waiting — and we're organizing statewide to change that.
A coalition built wider than any single interest.
Small Business
Our organizing backbone — owners who know firsthand how policy decisions land on Main Street.
Civic Groups
Neighborhood associations and community organizations already doing the work on the ground.
Faith Leaders
Trusted voices who carry the concerns and hopes of their congregations into the public square.
Neighborhood Advocates
Residents fighting for their block, their district, and their families — with or without a title.
What we stand on.
Accountability
Government must answer to the people it serves — not the other way around.
Inclusion
Every stakeholder group has a seat at the table, not just the ones with the loudest lobbyists.
Transparency
Spending, votes, and decisions should be visible and understandable to every resident.
Results
We measure success by what changes in communities — not by press releases.
A Louisiana where every community has a real seat at the table.
By 2031, we envision a Louisiana where public spending is transparent by default, elected officials are measured on results communities actually asked for, and no neighborhood — urban or rural, north or south — is left out of decisions that shape its future.
